Google Chrome incognito mode slow - downloading proxy script

When using google chrome in incognito mode, it become very slow to load any pages. It shows the downloading proxy script... message when loading the page.

The solution is to go to Settings->Advanced->Open proxy settings->Connections->LAN settings and uncheck the Automatically detect settings checkbox.
