If you’re a superuser, you might think Windows Defender’s AntiVirus is slowing your computer. If you don’t want this feature, you can disable it.

Go to regedit’s HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender path. Create a DisableAntiSpyware DWORD and set its value to 1.
