My computer still has the 100% disk problem, however it seems to happen less by following the steps below:

  1. Disable Windows Search, Superfetch.
  2. Disable Virus & threat protection in Windows Defender Security Center.
  3. Create a High Performance power plan.
  4. Update your drivers Can be done automatically by using Driver Booster 6.
  5. Give Skype write permission.
  6. Clear out disk spaces.
